Candidates should have a degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 5 years of work experience, and a PE license. Expertise with Autodesk Revit and knowledge of commercial building construction methods and building codes is essential.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required. They should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, enjoy solving challenging problems and seeking practical and innovative solutions, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
